Ocean Capital Ventures, LLC is a Florida-based investment firm focused on acquiring partial to full ownership in small companies that have consistently delivered profitable operating results. Ocean Capital Ventures was formed by entrepreneurs to meet the needs of other entrepreneurs. We endeavor to fill a void left by financial investors that are unable to address the capital needs of smaller companies or that don’t have the operational experience to truly partner with those companies after a transaction.

While most private equity firms target companies with $2 million of EBITDA or more, we welcome the opportunity to partner with well-managed companies of all sizes including smaller ones.
